Replacement

At FastPromotionalProducts we ensure that our products are of the highest quality! However, if there has been a material defect to your product you are entitled to a replacement. The replacement is conditional as to whether this defect is major. Common incidents include:

• Whether the product is significantly different from the sample or description provided;
• The problem would have stopped you from buying the product in the first place;
• The product is not fit for its purpose;
• The product is unsafe

If one of these problems is satisfied we will provide you with an exact replica of your promotional product in identical form to the product that was originally supplied. 

Repair

If there is a minor issue with your product, you are entitled to a free repair. This is offered before any replacement and will be done in a reasonable amount of time. If the minor issue is irreparable you are entitled to a replacement.
