Where do you deliver in New Zealand?+
We deliver throughout New Zealand, including both the North and South Islands. Split delivery to several addresses can also be discussed.
How long does a branded order take?+
Many standard branded products are delivered in around two weeks after artwork approval. Express options may be available for eligible items and urgent deadlines.
Do I receive a mock-up before production?+
Yes. A free virtual mock-up is supplied for approval before production begins.
Do the prices include GST?+
Website prices are generally shown excluding GST. Your final quote confirms branding, setup, delivery and GST.
Can you help choose the right branding method?+
Yes. The suitable method depends on the product material, artwork, quantity and desired finish. Options include pad printing, screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving and digital printing.
Can I cancel my order?+
Orders may generally be cancelled before artwork approval. After the mock-up is approved and production begins, cancellation is usually not possible.
