Our Ordering Process

Kiwis who want custom promotional gifts branded with their business or event logo turn to Fast Promotional Products NZ. All products stocked in our Auckland and Dunedin warehouses have a standard production time of two weeks. The ordering process involves easy-to-follow steps:

Step 1: Choose Products To Be Customised

A: Choose Your Product – We have a range of promotional products to choose from. Bags, Caps, Clothing, Uniform, Confectionary, Drinkware, Eco-friendly Items, Home and Tools, Notebooks, Office Supplies, Outdoor Leisure, Stationary, Accessories for Mobiles and Computers, Toys, and Wellness Items, everything you need is right in front of you!

Step 2: Get a Free Quote

Once you found your preferred item, send us a quote through the inquiry form provided. Please fill out the necessary information to proceed.

Step 3: Expect A Call

Our friendly sales team will give you a call upon receiving your quote. They will give you additional information about the product and the branding method that will be used to imprint custom designs into the product.

Step 4: Invoicing and Payment

We can only begin production of your order once we have invoiced you and you have paid the invoice amount in full. Payment must be received before production for standard consumers; we do not offer credit terms. 

Step 5: Production and Delivery Time

We print custom designs for products that are already stored locally in New Zealand. After completing the payment, we will start the production of your order. Our standard turnaround time including the delivery is two (2) weeks.
